Hi, I’m sitting here with a brand new 17″ MacBook Pro and the Canon VIXIA HFS10. I have connected the USB cable and opened I-Movie and PRESTO – NOTHING. I have tried unsuccessfully for the last 20-minutes to get I-Movie and the MAC to see the Canon to download my movies. Please write to burtallan@aol.com as well as the post if you have a suggestion. Quite honestly…I do not use the software enough to say if there are problems or not..but I do have it installed on 10.5.7 and a developers seed of snow leopard.

I’m about to install the ImageMixer 3 software (came with a Hitachi camera) on a MacBook Pro running 10.5.7, and I’m wondering if you’ve run into any problems.
